WEEKLY REPORT 1
(27-05-2019 to 01-06-2019)
The first day of the week the trainer had approached the company to do the summer
training programme. The HR of the company Mr. Jawahar Govindaraj had permitted the
trainer to do the training, the next day the trainer had received permission letter.
The remaining days of this week, the trainer had introduced to all the employees by the
HR manager, the trainer had got about company background and got some ideas about the
company.
The trainer was very excited to work and supervisor gave a complete freedom.
WEEKLY REPORT 2
(03-06-2019 to 08-06-2019)
In this week the trainer interacted with the employees of pentagon garments to know
about their working process. Then the trainer had gone through a detail study about the ‘Textile
Industry’. The trainer gathered information regarding the history, overview of the Textile
Industry.
The last three days of this week, the trainer had concentrated to know the information
regarding the profile of the company, which covers the various aspects with regard to the origin
‘pentagon garments’, its managing director, investments, functional areas etc.
WEEKLY REPORT 3
(10-06-2019 to 15-06-2019)
In this week, the trainer had studied the details about the HR department. The trainer had
got the information regarding to the number of worker involved in the various departments and
the functions to be performed by them. The trainer also gathered the information regarding the
process of conducting the interview.
The trainer also collected the information related to the dealers linked to the company.
WEEKLY REPORT 4
(17-06-2019 to 22-06-2019)
By analyzing the functions of every department the trainer had found the each and every
department is linked with one another. Last two days done this work for billing section.
By the end of the week, the trainer had prepared the SWOT analysis of the company. The
HR also provided adequate details regarding their strengths and weakness of the company. This
information was very useful to the trainer in the preparation of the report.
