AREA 1 = 71.73 SQ.M.
- Around 95% of the Surface
of the floor is damaged
because of stone
deterioration
- Hard to walk on due to the
loss parts of the stone units
-Mortar used are still intact
and still hard
- Due to the loss of stone
units the PVC pipe already
exposed.
- The surface of the floor are
carved out but the mortar
used is still intact does it
makes most of the visitors
trip in the mortars
- There are missing lights on
the side of the ramp.

AREA 2-A
- There are 4 division of area in the
Area 2.
-the first
- The image shown beside is the first
area once you enter the project
- Around 40% of the floor area is
damaged
AREA 2-B
- Area 2-B is a ramp area going to the Banqueta Area
- Around 60% of the floor area is damaged
- There are existing vegetation that is needed to be removed and
cleaned
AREA 2-C
- Area 2-C is located at the left side area of the Main Ramp
-Mostly the stone blocks in this floor area are still intact, only few
stone blocks are damage
-In the left side of the area there is an excess portion of stone blocks
that are damaged
- Stone blocks where the tree stands are damaged due to the
expansion of the roots from the trees
AREA 2-D
- Area 2-D is located in the left
side of the Area 2-A
-The Area 2-D is stairs going to
the Banqueta Area
-Stone Blocks of the stairs is
badly damaged therefore it is
prone to accidents
-The mortars are still intact
- Parts of the wall are stained it is due
for cleaning
AREA 3 = 723.85 SQ.M.
- Area 3 is located beside the
entrance of the project
- Almost the entire floor area
is damaged but most of the
damaged stone blocks is not
been deeply damaged
- Some of the stones blocks
have patch holes
- The Average stone blocks
unit’s size is “80cm x 40 cm”
- Missing Stone Block
- Cracks are seen between the stone
railings
- Due to the weather the stone
railing picked up stains
AREA 4 = 561.44 SQ.M.
- Area 4 is located in front of Area 3
-It has bridge wall area which
connects to the other Baluartes,
therefore they are served as wall of
Intramuros
- The floor is still walkable but there
are stone blocks that area damaged.
-Perimeter walls of the area picked
up stain and it is due for cleaning
- There are small vegetation’s that
grow on the drainage system beside
of the area
- There are also dried grass and
earth fillings stocked in the drainage
system
AREA 5 = 208.82 SQ.M.
- Area 5 is located beside area 4
- The stairs going to Area 5 has a few
damages there is few parts of the
stairs that have cracks and chipped
- The floor area on the Area 5 is 50%
damaged
- There is a portion of the floor
covered with cement
-There are also dried grass grows onto
the floor ant it is due for removal and
cleaning
- There is also a missing block along
the wall railing of the area

AREA 6 = 2,074.13 SQ.M.
AREA 6-A
- Area 6 is located at the right
wing Banqueta Area
- There is a missing corner wall in
Area 6-A which can cause an
accident
- Around 40% of the floor area is
damaged
- There are portion of the wall
which is damage
-The walls picked up stains and it
is due for cleaning
- Due to the damages of the
floor the PVC pipes used for
drainage has been exposed
- There is also a gap exposed
between the wall and the
stairs
AREA 6-B
- The stone blocks is due for repointing
- The damaged stone blocks is due for
replacement
-The floor surface picked up stains and
it is due for cleaning
-There is a missing stone block in the
corner of the ramp
- The stairs in the Area 6-B is
damaged and it is due for
replacement
-There is also missing stone blocks
and it is due for restoration
AREA 7 = 21.99 SQ.M.
- Area 7 is located in the middle between the
left and right banqueta area
-The walls picked up stains and it is due for
cleaning
-There is an existing inconvenient smell in the
area

- The stone blocks is due for
repointing
- The Stone marble where the description of
the project has been vandalize
- The Area shown is the stairs going down to
the Entrance Area
-The stone blocks of the stirs and damaged
-The mortars used for the stone blocks is still
intact does it make the stairs hard to walk on

AREA 8-B
AREA 9 = 369.63 SQ.M.
- Area 9 is located below the
left Banqueta Wing Area
- There is a missing piece
below the stairs
- There is damages appear
below the wall
-Dried grass are compiled in
the floor area and it its
needed to be removed and
clean to show the tone
blocks
AREA 10 = 320.63 SQ.M.
-Area 10 is located beside the Main
Area going to the gunpowder House
-There are chipped stone railing which
is needed to be restore
-Walls are needed to be clean
-The stairs going down to the gun
powder area has damages
AREA 11 = 414.63 SQ.M.
- Area 11 is the area where the gun
powder house / area is located
- The are cracks/ damages along the
arch that exposed the pipes
- Walls picked up stains and it is due
for cleaning
-There are vegetation that grows
along the walls and it is needed to
be removed
- The existing tiles has no purpose
anymore and damaged, it is due for
removal
AREA 12 = 569.37 SQ.M.
- Area 12 is located along the path
walk of police station and clinic
- The surface of the floor is damaged
which makes the floor unleveled
-The top framing of the window
opening has damaged and its due for
plastering
AREA 13 = 413.63 SQ.M.
- Area 13 is located beside the ramp
going to Area 2
- There are unwanted vegetation
that grows is the area
- The existing tree has fall down
- There is a missing stone blocks
along the side of the area
- The walls picked up stains and it is
due for cleaning

of the wall and it is due for
