1. Job description
To supervise:
1. Preparation of annual departmental priority list of development schemes;
2. Preparation of annual budget proposals of the department and internal audit
thereof;
3. Preparation of PC-1s of the departmental projects;
4. Submission of demand for releases and expenditure/reconciliation etc;
5. Execution of projects carried out through Technical Cell of the department;
6. Collect annual educational data and publish/disseminate reports;
AND Undertake any assignment given by the Secretary Education Gilgit-Baltistan.

possible. Targets given and actual performance against such targets should be
highlighted. Reasons for shortfall, if any, may also be stated.
The assignments were carried out timely and ensured best possible documents for
consideration in line with the departmental policies, procedures and guidelines;
Maintain close liaison with Planning & Development Department to safeguard
departmental interests;
Ensured preparation and submission of PC 1s of the ADP projects and attended
meetings of forums of approval;
Ensured on time budget preparation, its utilization and reconciliation of accounts;
Education data was collected, published and disseminated to the stakeholders;
Field visits were paid to give feedback to TC of the department; AND
Completed inquiries and other assignments entrusted by the department from time to
time.
