AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING OWNER

I, VEVIEN F. SUMALINOG, of legal age, Filipino, and presently residing at


Purok Pag-asa, Barangay Sumo-sumo, Tago, Surigao del Sur, Philippines after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That I personally know RODOLFO M. MIRANDA, a resident of Purok 2,


Barangay Amag, Bayabas, Surigao del Sur;

2. That RODOLFO M. MIRANDA is the owner of the lot identified as Lot 44,
GSS-13-000042-D located at Barangay Panaosawon, Bayabas, Surigao del
Sur;

3. That I know this fact being the owner of the lot adjoining the property owned
by RODOLFO M. MIRANDA. My lot lies in the East and North portion of
RODOLFO M. MIRANDA’s property;

4. That RODOLFO M. MIRANDA and his predecessors in interest are in open,


continuous and in notorious possession of the above-described property;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
