Double Helix Method

1. Find a nintendo switch double helix serial number on ebay or other websites. and

: the top left is the serial and the top right is the bar code there both super
important and you need this picture for later.

make sure to make the invoice look like this :

4. After you made an account go to this website : https://en-americas-


support.nintendo.com/app/contact and click Nintendo eShop and downloads then click
Nintendo Switch and then select the option where it says missing download code.

5. Then click Web Chat. after you get into webchat write in your name and the
Nintendo Switch Double Helix Console Serial Number.

6. When you're in chat say that You bought a new nintendo Switch Double Helix
Bundle and say that there was no download code included and make sure to say that
your son is upset about that or something so they can feel bad.

7. Talk very nice to the live chat helper and then he/she will say that they will
need a receipt and a picture of the bar code. Say that you have an invoice and send
them a picture of the barcode that I showed you in Step 1.
8. If everything goes well they will say that they will pass the information to the
administration team and you will get an email within 1-2 business days with your
code and that's it!
