ASSUMPTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This AGREEMENT made and executed by and between:
JOEMAR DE ANDRES BORNILLO, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address
at KS12 Block 3 Lot 13 Lancaster New City, Brgy. Navarro, General Trias, Cavite, hereinafter called
the VENDOR
and
MARIA ALMA CORAZON H. PUNCIA, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal
address at B11 L25 Phase 1 Estrella Homes 4 Toclong, Kawit, Cavite, hereinafter called the
VENDEE;
WITNESSETH:
That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (P150,000.00), is hereby acknowledge from the VENDEE, by and to the satisfaction
of the VENDOR, said VENDOR HEREBY SELLS, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS unto the VENDEE
the motor vehicle described as follows:

Of which the VENDOR is the absolute owner;
That the VENDEE shall bear the succeeding costs of the yearly registration and annual
insurance renewal beginning in 2020;
That the VENDOR hereby warrants that the said motor vehicle is still under mortgaged
with EAST WEST BANK under Promissory Note No. 200040091091, of which the VENDEE agreed
to pay the remaining balance beginning from September 2019 up to July 2024; AND
That the VENDOR warrants the said motor vehicle is free from any other lien and
encumbrance, except as stated above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby affix their signature this 21ST day of September
2019 at Kawit, Province of Cavite.
