Donna Mae A. Garcia's learning diary summarizes her clinical duties over 4 days at Governor Faustino N. Dy Sr. Memorial Hospital. On the first day, she learned about the hospital and how to take vital signs and establish good communication with patients. The second day, her group provided first aid at their school and she learned responsibility. The third day, they implemented a health education for patients and she learned to always be ready. On the last day, she learned how to do IV infusion, calm crying babies, and prepare drugs under the instruction of her clinical instructor, Maam Jona.

LEARNING FEEDBACK DIARY

September 19, 2019

Our first day of duty in Governor Faustino N. Dy Sr. Memorial Hospital had been productive. Our first
was spent first by knowing the hospital we staying at. After that together with our group, We disscussed
and recalled the basic things to know about Health Care, then our clinical Instructor told us to go to the
OB Ward to get the Vital signs of the Mother and the baby and by getting the Vital signs of the patient i
learned how to establish good communication skills.

September 20, 2019

Our second day of duty had been enjoyable eventhough im anxious at first. Our group assigned to do
the First aid medics in our school. Some of our group stay in our area but me and Hermelyn wandering
around in case anyone is looking for help, and to my second day of duty i learned to be responsible in
what ever duty assigned to you.

September 26, 2019

Our group third day of duty had been memorable. Maam jona our clinical instructor told us to
implement a health education to our patient . Our group immediatelly planned for the activity. We
disscussed what to bring and what to do during Health Education . What i learned that day was always
ready and active in everything you do.

September 27, 2019.

Our last day of duty in Governor Faustino N. Dy Sr. Memorial Hospital had been exhausting but i
learned a lot. I learned how to do IV infusion , How to calm a baby if she/he crying. Maam Jona also
taught us how to prepare a drugs, the names and uses of the drugs are confusing but maam jona
explained it well, to maam Jona thankyou maam i learned a lot from you maam. Happy Teachers day po.
