Portable biogas plant comes prefabricated and ready to install. It comes with 4 digester units of 50 Kg each
having gasholder, waste feed bucket, manure outlet line, and single burner stove. Pipe at extra cost.

The waste is fed into the waste feeder. Bacterial action on the waste produces biogas. Being lighter it starts
collecting in the gas holding tank. Due to biogas pressure the manure slurry is forced out from the slurry outlet
and is collected in a bucket. The gasholder is connected to burner through pipe. Biogas ignites through
matchstick not gas lighter.

You save Rs 600 on LPG, earn Rs 600 on biogas, earn Rs 560 on manure = Rs 1,760 per day benefit. Return on
investment in about 1 year.

Price includes two single burner stainless steel biogas stove. Packing, forwarding, transportation, transit
