1. COMMISSIONING DEFINITION

A new facility must operate as it was designed  

Any new facility is considered incomplete until it has been successfully


commissioned and is operating satisfactorily. Programme of testing,
inspection and commissioning will ensure:

Compliance with schedule 

Managing your commissioning can help meet your project targets and
minimise any potential problems during the crucial implementation stage or
once the facility is operational
