This document is a proposal from SCTE SCANCODE TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISE for design services on the TESDA BUILDING PROJECT. The proposal includes providing 7 sets of blueprint drawings for permitting and 5 sets for bidding. I am pleased to offer my professional services for the above mentioned project. Please find
below the scope and conditions for the design and printing.

DESIGN FEE INCLUSIONS:


Seven (7) sets of 20x30 blueprint for city hall permit
purposes. Five (5) sets of 20x30 blueprint for bidding
purposes.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
a. A minimum of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 380,000.00) for the down
payment.
b. Upon submission of All As Built Drawing Thirty percent (30%) of the fee will be requested
a minimum of Two Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Pesos ( PHP 285,000.00).

c. Upon submission of complete set of Forms Design, signed and sealed by PME and PEE for
building permit purposes/bidding purposes and Bill of Materials for FDAS and Fire
Protection System, thirty percent (30%) of the fee will be requested or Remaining
payment.

Exclusion:

1. Supervision, attend meeting and presence of the designer are not included in the scope
of works.
2. Original copy shall be under the property of the designer for copyright purposes.
3. The designer furnish only bill of quantities as per agreement, other required by the city
hall and documents for bidding and construction, extra copy request by the owner shall
be charge for extra cost
