Learned counsel contends that the impugned order is in violation

of the directives laid down by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in paragraph No.43

of 'Parshavanath Charitable Trust and others versus AICTE and others',

2013(1) SCC 385, as per which, the impugned action could have been taken

only before 15.05.2019.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Rathee, learned Senior Deputy Advocate General,

Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1, while Mr. Tribhuwan

Dhaiya, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2 and request

for time to file reply.

Adjourned to 31.10.2019.

In the meantime, impugned orders (Annexures P-20 & P-21) be

not acted upon, till the next date.
