I. Objective:
At the end of the lesson the pupils will be able to;
a. Identify the five senses
b. Identify the body parts used in using five senses
c. Value cleanliness

II. A. Subject Matter:
Five Senses; Science
 ICT (use of video presentation)
 ESP/GMRC (Cleanliness to our surroundings)

B. Materials:
Real objects, Pictures, Audio/Video Presentation, Activity Sheets

C. Reference
Textbooks, workbooks and internet

III. Learning Activities

A. Review
a. Teacher will check the attendance and will greet the children good morning.
b. Teacher reviews the lesson about the vowel letters.

B. Preparatory Activities
a. Ask for the pupils’ attention to watch a short video song presentation.
b. Tell to the children to listen carefully and they can sing along with the song.

C. Activity Proper
a. Teacher will ask the pupils to close their eyes because teacher has a surprise for them.
b. Pupils eyes should be shut and let the pupils hear the object handled by the teacher.
c. After hearing the object, let the pupils touch the object.
d. After touching the object, let the pupils smell the object.
e. After smelling the object, pupils may taste the object.
f. Then finally, let the pupils see the object by uncovering their eyes.

D. Discussion
a. Discuss to the pupils the Five Senses through a Video Presentation.
b. Use the experience earlier to elaborate the five senses.
c. Discuss on how important it is to keep our body parts clean in keeping our senses.

E. Generalization
a. What are the five senses?

F. Application
a. We take care of our senses by keeping our body clean.
IV. Evaluation:
Match the senses to their proper activities.

V. Assignment
Make a 5 senses small box or album.
