A Search Consultant is the intermediary between organisations wishing to recruit (the
Client) and the individual seeking a career move (the Candidate). The process has
endless variations depending on factors such as the level of seniority, industry vertical
and nature of the assignment.
Broadly, the role of the Consultant is to:
Identify and develop client business/relationships in a competitive environment;
Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment;
Source suitable candidates and brief each on the opportunities offered by the
client;
Manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
This will involve:
Promoting the services of S&S Associates as a premiere consulting organization
to clients,
Forging long-term relationships resulting in repeat business and
client/candidate loyalty,
Interviewing candidates identified through a focused search,
Presenting suitable candidates to clients by way of detailed resumes and
assessments,
Ensuring peripheral arrangements such as interview times, dates, job
descriptions etc are in place and communicated to all relevant parties,
Providing a professional and consultative service to both clients and candidates
based on your market and commercial awareness,
Working as an integral part of a team focusing on the broader day-to-day issues
of business development, effective communication, systems & procedures,

p.a. plus a Performance Linked Variable upto Rs 88,000/- p.a.
