‘The town fiesta is celebrated every August 15 of the year. This year will be one of a
kind as its launches the One Cantilan Festivals Celebration from August 1-15, 2019
and one of the highlights is the Cantilan Sepaktakraw Tournament on August 2-
5,2019 at Cantilan Sporting Club.
In this regard, we are pleased to invite your LGUs/Clubs/Associations/Schools
Sepaktakraw Team to the said competition.
Enclosed are the Registration Form and Guidelines of the tournament. Deadline of
the registration is August 2, 2019.
We look forward to the participation from your team as it will surely add color and
excitement to the tournament.

. The category is Men’s Open
. Only one (1) category which is the Men’s Open and only one (1) regu
composed of not less than three (3) and not more than five (5) players will
play in a match. A school, school division, club, entity or LGU may field as
many regus.
. The format of the category will be announced during the Opening Ceremony
as it will depend on the number of entries.
The Host LGU will provide free classroom accommodation to the
participating teams upon request. Sleeping gears, however, shall be
responsibility of the participants themselves.
Registration fee is 300.00 per regu.
Strictly no On-Site registration.
Cash prizes are as follows:
1° Runner-up. 10,000.00
2”! Runner-up 8,000.00
3" Runner-up 5,000.00
