WORK EXPERIENCE
Roadmap to accomplish the quarterly objectives of the organization -
Content Scheduling:
Master Schedule - Preparing a plan for the production of individual units for each time
period. All the units are scheduled and linked with the graphic design process. The
process is repeated for each quarter of the year i.e. a master schedule for each quarter.
The units here are the designs, creatives, textual content (quizzes, polls, events,
celebrations). Assigning the responsibilities of publishing of content is also a crucial part
of the task.
E.g. -
The schedule was further divided into two parts -
1. Every Day Calendar - Prepared to keep a day to day, week to week track of the
published content.
2. Temporary sheet - Prepared to assign sporadic tasks, such webinars,
inspirational videos and articles and once in a while workshops.
Design promotional creatives for above mentioned tasks with Adobe Photoshop
Workshop Promotions:
The workshops organized are under the themes of -
1. Interview & Resume Building Workshop
2. Career Guidance Program
3. Machine Learning Program
4. Scholarship Exams
5. Global Education Program
6. Scrum Foundation
Interview Skills -
The workshop focuses on improving resume & LinkedIn profile of interns. Takes place
twice a month and promotion done through Facebook stories, events, LinkedIn
connection and LinkedIn group.
While promoting this particular workshop, the elements that are highlighted are:
1. Testimony of an ex - intern describing his/her experience with the organization.
2. Sharing a live video with the social media followers to give them an example of
how real life interview is conducted.
3. Sharing small blogs, articles and questionnaires on social media.
Career Guidance Program -
It is a 2-hour session, takes place 4 times a month. The session focuses on different
career choices available in the industry for students, followed by a Q&A session, which
is hosted by two senior most members of the organization.
While promoting this particular workshop, the elements that are highlighted are:
1. The evolution of technology, artificial intelligence
2. Being able to learn new tools and adapt to constantly changing needs of the
corporate world. For e.g. - the ability to understand HTML code to become a data
analyst or Linkedin’s article on in-demand skills such as UI/UX design, cloud
computing, people management.
3. Using statistics from various sources and presenting them to the audience. Also
quotes by Public Figures. For e.g. -
“ In today’s market, the shelf life of in-demand skills is about 5 years, 65% of all new
jobs don’t exist yet ”

Machine Learning Workshop -
This is a 2-hour long session, takes place 4 times a month. Hosted by industry experts
in Artificial Intelligence.
While promoting this particular workshop, the elements that are highlighted are:
1. This is the newest program of the organization, and the novelty of the workshop
is what is used in our marketing campaign. Key phrases like ‘Brand new’ , ‘We
are back again’ or ‘AI vs Machine learning’ are used as hook/punch lines.
Scrum Foundation Workshop -
The training covers the basics, values and principles of Agile Methodology and Scrum
framework. Also helps in understanding about various scrum ceremonies and its
benefits
The Scrum Foundation Completion Certificate is provided to the participants that can
help them get a Job. Following are the designs made on Adobe Photoshop.
Content Creation:
Content writing - Planning content according to the quarterly requirements of the
marketing department. The writing includes testimonies, articles, posters, creative
writing for social media. Using design tools that are category specific.
Adobe Photoshop - combining photo, text, and artwork in Photoshop for Facebook,
Twitter, and other social media posts. Creating design workflow by creating versatile
Photoshop templates.
Adobe Spark - creating videos for important events and programs organized by the
foundation for the online and offline platforms
Canva Design - The use of the service is very similar to Adobe Photoshop. Used only
when multiple creative units need to be published in a very short period.
Reviewing Assignments – Assessing the quality of the posters, social media posts and
videos created by new interns.
Email Campaign:
The email campaign of the organization for each individual email thread is carried out in
4 stages -
Mail 1 - Details of the job opening, upcoming workshops, internships, live chats and
additional benefits.
Mail 2 - Selection or joining of new interns / invitations for events and workshops.
Mail 3 - Reminder mail.
Mail 4 - Orientation for the corresponding (Mail 2). Task allotment.
Mail 5 - Task submission.
Other services -
● Promoting the scholarship program for students from underprivileged
backgrounds.
● Helping newer and younger NGOs grow on social media.
● Creating effective templates for Email marketing campaigns using Photoshop
