Meet The Yule Lads

The document introduces the Yule Lads, a group of 13 mischievous brothers from Icelandic folklore who arrive one by one in the 13 days leading up to Christmas to play pranks. Each brother has a unique mischievous trait, such as stealing pans, milk, spoons, or doors. They begin arriving on December 12 and depart on January 6, potentially leaving small gifts or rotten potatoes for children depending on their behavior. Their antics are a traditional part of Icelandic Christmas celebrations.
