REFLECTION PER MEMBER:
Team Member 1 Name: Kaitlyn Ferriol
Before the workout, I was felt completely fine. After the workout, I felt extremely exhausted
to the point I didn’t want to stand up. However, not all the exercises were very difficult to do.
The exercise I found the easiest to do was the lateral jumps. The ones I found the hardest was
the mountain climbers and jump squats. Despite all that, I was able to endure it all because I
was able to rest for a bit during our cool-down exercises.
Team Member 2 Name: Eliana Foronda
Before doing the workout, I felt calm, at ease, and fresh. After doing the workout, I realized
my head started to pulsate and I feel slightly dizzy and severely exhausted. Personally, doing
the lateral steps was the easiest among all of the exercises we did and the most challenging
one was the mountain climbers. Perseverance, determination, and endless encouragement
enabled me to endure all the exercises we did.
Team Member 3 Name: Franky Mendoza
Before the workout, I feel very stiff. The first week of the workout sessions was really tiring,
especially that I just came from a recent injury. I also thought that our exercises would be
easy since they are just basic, however, they turned out to be difficult especially when you do
it in the middle of the day, in between classes. After each workout session, I feel somehow
dizzy then after a few hours, I felt my muscles, especially, my leg muscles contract. The
easiest exercise for me is the lateral step (skaters) because this one is really fun and
something new for me, as well. The hardest exercise is the jump squats because this actually
takes a lot of your energy and effort. My groupmates helped me endure the workout routine
because it means that I don’t have to do it alone. I also had fun working out with them as it
creates a special bond between us.
Team Member 4 Name: Ella Perez
Before the workout, I felt subtle since it was the start of our routine. After the workout, I felt
exhausted and tired since my body is not used to having workouts. The most easiest for me is
the lateral jump because you’ll just have to just side to side. For me the most difficult is the
slow-mo burpees because it requires a lot of energy. In enduring this workout routine,
determination helped since I want to have a better cardiovascular endurance.
Team Member 5 Name: Patricia Villanueva
Before the workout, I felt excited because I knew it was going to be fun and the exercise itself
will help me as a student to become physically fit. After the workout, I felt tired but
contented because we did a lot of exercises that I have never encountered before but it was
fun and satisfying because of the sweat that came out of my body. For me, the easiest
exercise is the jumping jacks because I simply jumped with hand, arm and feet motion. The
most difficult exercise is the burpees because I had to do a squat position with my hands on
the ground. My heart and mind helped me endure the workout routine because I had to face
those exercises not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. I taught my mind to be
as strong as it could be so that I could finish the workout whole-heartedly.
