Quick Pork and Green Bean Stir-Fry

This recipe calls for fish sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, sugar, red pepper flakes, peanut oil, green beans, pork tenderloin, garlic, and cilantro. To make it, mix the fish sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, sugar and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a skillet and stir fry the green beans until crisp-tender. Transfer to a plate and stir fry the pork until no longer pink; return green beans to the skillet. Whisk the sauce ingredients and add to the skillet, cooking until thickened. Serve over rice.

INTO ¼-INCH SLICES

5 MEDIUM GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED

¼ CUP LIGHTLY PACKED CILANTRO, CHOPPED
