We write to request a small business loan to start our own coffee shop business. Our coffee shop
will be called “Cup C”. We’ve been creating and experimenting different kinds of coffee blends
with high quality ingredients to reach the maximum satisfaction of our future customers. This
coffee shop will be serving high quality products and service at a reasonable price. It is our aim
to open our coffee shop at Rawis, Legazpi City near the University of Santo Tomas - Legazpi. There
is no coffee shop in the area and our research shows that putting up a coffee shop here would
be a success.

Cup C is a coffee shop that will be run by these entrepreneurs named, Jurt C. Lagmay and Carlos
Antonio V. Molina. Cup C basically means cup of coffee. It will be located at Rawis, Legazpi City
near the University of Santo-Tomas. The coffee shop will offer a variety of choices to our
customers. Coffee and other sorts of beverages will be offered. Cup C will serve as a mood setter
and a perfect place to start every coffee lover’s morning.

Executive Summary

Coffee consumption has shown a steady growth. Coffee drinkers in Legazpi City are among the
most demanding ones. So Cup C decided to invade the area with their unique blends of coffee.

Cup C will provide a perfect and stress-free atmosphere that will positively sets everyone’s mood.
It is a great place to unwind and relax. Cup C will favor flavored coffee drinks and demand great
service at a reasonable price. Our ingredients will be imported and made by reliable coffee
producers that is known for the quality of their products so that we can make coffees with
exceptional quality and taste. Cup C will try to build a loyal customer base by offering a vast
variety of tasty coffee and pastries that match perfectly with the relaxing and stress-free
environment. The café will be open for business Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 9:00PM and will be
closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
