Upon your request, I am please to submit the following proposal regarding installation and
set up of Accounting System of Havila Construction and Development Corporation

I. Scope of Work:

This engagement will include the following services:

 Installation and set-up of Sage 50 Complete Accounting 2012 Software.


 Customize all accounting and management reports.
 Train the user/s
 Train the administrator

II. Features of Sage 50 Complete Accounting 2012 Software

 Easy start up
 Print checks, pay bills and track purchases
 Invoice for sales, receive payments
 Basic accounting with ledgers, registers and financial statements
 Professional, customizable reports
 Improve communication by emailing reports and financial statements
 Purchase and tracks item for sale
 Track and bill for services and labor
 Electronically reconcile bank statements
 Financial analysis and competitive benchmarking
 Protect clinical data with user security
 Built in checks for common accounting errors
 Manage relationships with customer contact information and history
 Flexible reporting with Microsoft Excel integration
 Control cash flow, payments and collections with analysis tools
 Create multiple budgets based on departments and cost centers

III. Management Responsibilities

 Will assign a single contact person who shall be responsible in the proper
supervision and control of the project

IV. Installation and Set Up of Accounting System Fees and Commencement

My fees shall include out-of-pocket expenses.

 Installation, end-user training, initial set up and configuration, 40 man-hours of


onsite support, email and phone support. One-time fee shall be P25,000.00
