Pros:
1. High-end specification of client computers

4. Internet Cafes are one of the most profitable business in the Philippines
5. I can invite more gamers to be our clients. (They usually spent minimum of 4 hours every day)

Cons:
1. Morning operations. Few customers only, so I suggest our operating hours will be at 10am until 5am.
Suggestions:
1. “Excellent service at affordable price” – since we have high-end specs computers we can price our
service at 20 pesos but I suggest that we price it P15 so we can compete to other computer shop.
2. Membership – to gain more loyal customers we need to think an effective strategy to gain their
loyalties. (Example: for straight 1 week of renting we will give them 1 hour for free exclusive for
members only) Membership fee let say P30- P50 with free 1 hour rent.
3. Fully Air-condition – another reason for having a clients.
4. Tournaments – we can also gain more profits if we host online game tournaments.
5. Fiber Internet – high speed internet is very important to our clients especially for gamers.
