processes of your organization specifically the gathering of data and data analytics of businesses and
applicants in your locale. Below are the list of proposed features and functionalities of the system.

Gather all the Employee Profile from businesses
Daily Applicants Registration
Identify/Generate Report (for) the number of registered applicants
Identify/Generate Report (for) the number of employee based on job
Identify/Generate Report (for) the number of Female and Male
Identify/Generate Report (for) the number of employee that is Referred, Registered, and Placed
Identify/Generate Report (for) the number of Job Applicants per Barangay
Update applicant status
Generate Report for the status of Registered Applicants
Above reports can be generated (Daily, Monthly and Yearly) or by (Date Range)
a. Staff features and functionalities
Can perform task given by the administrator on the system.
Can change some of his/her account settings.
b. Administrators features and functionalities
Can create account for staff
Can designate specific task to staff
Perform all the available task on the system
Attached herewith is the Gantt Chart that shows the development and implementation period of the
system and the breakdown of the system cost.
