Combat Text Neck with PT Solutions

Text neck syndrome is an overuse injury caused by prolonged forward bending of the neck to look at mobile devices. This puts increased weight and pressure on the cervical spine and can lead to chronic headaches, back pain, increased spinal curvature, arthritis, decreased lung capacity, and nerve or muscle damage over time. Physical therapy can help by evaluating the issue, designing a treatment plan involving hands-on therapy, exercises, and postural training to improve strength and stability and help prevent long-term issues.
