COMMENT : To get the anticipations of customers, the company need to have a good mission
statement. Based on the analysis of the Asia’s mission statement, Hyundai is one of the company
whose having the good mission statements and only lacks statement about markets. Meanwhile,
Honda mission statement lacks of four components : Technology, Philosophy, Self-Concept, and
Concern for employees. For Samsung, the lacks components of mission statements are Philosophy,
Self-Concept, and Concern for employees. And the last one is Alibaba that mission statement lacks
two components : Philosophy and Concern for Employees. Most of the companies have lacks
component in Concern of employees.
