3 DAILY SELF LOVE PRACTICES


1. START A JOURNALING PRACTICE

Get a pretty journal and pens (or use whatever notebook you have on hand)
Pick a time to journal daily (best times are in the morning or evening before bed)
Actually start journaling.... today!

2. SET INSPIRATIONAL REMINDERS

Find at least one saying that's meaningful to you - it should inspire, empower, or
motivate you to take action toward happiness
Place the written or printed the saying where you will need it most

3. CREATE A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT

Prioritize getting at least 7 hours of restful sleep each night


Eat your meals sitting at a table, without distractions from your TV or phone
Plan to move your body for at least 5 minutes in a challenging, enjoyable way

Bonus:

Schedule 1 simple thing you enjoy doing this week (a massage, a trip to your favorite
store, a meal at your favorite restaurant, etc.) - and commit to doing it!
Schedule at least 1 hour this week to spend with people who love and support you
