Project: Establish a Virtual Project Management Training Institute
Description: The objective of this project is to setup a virtual project management training institute by the end of
September 2019 within a budget of USD 15,000.00.
Responsibilities:
 Design the business plan as per the charter, identify the legal procedures to establish the business within a
budget of USD 15000.00.
 Coordinated with inhouse developers to design the company website, identified stakeholders and shared the
plans short term and long-term goals.
 Establish B2C strategies after analyzing the competitors in similar field. Shared weekly progress with the
stakeholders.

Project: Northeastern ITS SharePoint Update (2016 to 2019)
Description: The purpose of the project is to provide NU faculty/staff with updated and modern SharePoint
experience, so they may take advantage of new features and functionality. This project upgraded approximately 100
Northeastern ITS SharePoint Sites.
Responsibilities:
 Design the Project Charter and Integrated Project Management Plan.
 Worked with site owners on a case by case basis, mostly via the NU SharePoint user group community, or if a
new site or assistance is requested as per the communications management plan.
 Responsibilities also include removing/deleting stale content and unused sites will benefit all users in O365
for search and security purposes.

Description: The objective of this project reduces the response time to customers (buyer) who reach out to us via
email and provide optimum resolution. This project reduced the queue volume by 6%.
Responsibilities:

 Serves the Team in its efforts to deliver value and meet expectations of stakeholders by conducting daily
scrum, planning the sprints, demonstrating the sprints, and scheduling process improvement meetings
 Performed data analysis based on past trends to identify queueing pattern and prioritize multiple contacts
from the same customer for manual investigations to reduce queue volume.
 Work with the BI team to create rules to eliminate contacts from fraudulent users at a early stage through
automation.

cost of operation by 11%.
Responsibilities:
 Involved in developing the charter and identified key stakeholders.
 Worked with PO in identify and defining the project scope, determined the budget and created a WBS.
 Prepared the Integrated Project Management Plan.
 Worked closely with management and team to effectively plan execute the process effectively.

 Design the employee retention plan, build a team of 30 employees with high morale to act as a bridge
between the Human Resource team and Operations.
 Recommend proactive measures to retain employees during weekly meetings.
 Remove any grapevine in the system and drive positivity across teams.
 Compare the attrition pattern of the past records with the current standing and share the final report with
the sponsor to attain approval and sign-off.

4. Project: Email Contact Reduction (First Contact Resolution) Project June 2014 – Dec 2014
Description: The objective of this project was to resolve customer emails in first contact efficiently hence reducing
repeat contacts which were inflating our queue volumes. This project resulted in saving 20% of the operating
expenses and enhanced customer experience.

across sites to integrate the tools required for the process and designed the SOP.

6. Project: Merchant Debt Recovery Investigation Process Setup (Pilot Process) Nov 2012 to Oct 2013
Description: A project to setup and drive a process to mitigate the risk of negative seller balance on accounts. The
projects resulted in an estimated cost savings between $250,000 and $300,000 over a period of one year.
Responsibilities:
 Developed the project charter and the project plan including scope, budget and WBS.
 Coordinated with across sites to integrate the tools required for the process and designed the SOP.
 Monitored the quality of investigations performed to ensure that the project is within the budget and
schedule.
 The final document was presented to the management for approval and sign-off.

7. Project: Tools Implementation: Targus, who.is July 2012 – Oct 2012


Description: The objective of this project is to integrate Name, Address Phone Number (NAP) Tool and website
verification tool into the existing investigation dashboard to improve decision quality and expedite the investigation
process. Increased productivity by 8% and reduced the number of defects by 3%.

 Analyze historic data to determine defect trends and identify gaps in the current SOP to propose changes.
 Motivate the pilot team by organizing a rewards and recognition ceremony.
 Work with developers to propose rules to automate the investigation process wherever applicable.
