Execute Mechanical Maintenance tasks with quality
Supervise mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure quality and timely completion and as per
planning
Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices
Identify & interact with Workshop for repair activities
Facilitate and support minor projects activities
Carry out LLF as per plan
Ensure improvement in availability of equipment
Working with SAP for Material management
Coordinating with Process team & maintenance support agencies for effective plant maintenance

Spare Handling and cost management
Coordinating with safety department for safety implementation at plant level
Look after preventive and breakdown maintenance of rotary equipment’s like Pumps (Vacuum
Pump, Diaphragm Pump, Centrifugal Pump, and Canned Pump), Compressor (Reciprocating &
Diaphragm Compressor), and Blowers
Piping Fabrication work of Metallic and Non-Metallic. In Metallic Piping like CS, SS-304, SS-304L,
SS-316, SS-316L, SS-321, SS-310, SS-347, Inconel-600. Non-Metallic Piping like PP,PPH,PP+FRP.
Responsible for maintenance of Static equipment like Heat Exchangers, Graphite HE, Vessels, Dryer
and Distillation Tower, Furnace (industrial Furnace Gas Fire & Electrical Furnace)
Ensure 100% PM compliance for equipment reliability
Look after condition monitoring of Critical and Semi critical equipment’s on weekly basis
Trouble shooting of failures and find out root cause of failure by RCA
Collate discipline data for performance monitoring and reporting
Maintain history/ records and Prepare audit related documents for manager
Material management in Project
Execution work in Project, execute the Project work with contractors use of Detail Engineering Data
Keeping all records of work done by contractors, confirming measurement sheets and initial
invoices and make PR in SAP also make Service Entry Sheet in SAP after verified the bill in audit.
