retail and corporate clientele

Service Operations Officers October 2016 to September 2017

• Managed cash movement and financial transactions of the branch, which include, but not limited
to, efficient management of CIV, check processing and transmission, numerous payroll
processing, and cash and currency client requests.

• Specifically, supervised tellers of the branch and their operations, making sure of efficiency and
that over-the-counter transactions were delivered within turn-around-time, and that client
concerns were dwelt with sense of urgency and resolved successfully.

• Managed Cash-in-Vault (CIV), ensuring that no shortage nor overage was incurred at the end of
the day, and that cash was below the ceiling limit.

• Worked with the Branch Operations Head in ensuring smooth branch operations and adherence
