TOURING
RIDER
This rider is just for budgeting purpose. Actual Rider may vary and will be provided once we get into an
contract.
HOSPITALITY RIDER
TRAVEL - Lo n d o n - Am s terd am - Lo n d o n
•There will be 24 people travelling 3 business and rest economy.
We require pick up from the airport to the hotel.
Stay – 1 luxury suite + 4 single + 7 double rooms in a 5-star hotel with F
&B and room service included
SETUP•
We will need 4 hours(including setup) for a sound check post whichour
instruments cannot be moved from the stage
• Incase of an outdoor show we will need the stagecovered and also the
sound console for the sound check
• We will need 4 fans on stage during sound che ck and thePerformance
/ for all outdoor shows in winter we need 4 heaters on stage.
• We will need a 12x12 green room back stage with 10 chairs anda full
length mirror at the venue
• Tea, coffee, juices and snacks (soup, chicken sandwich, cheeseand
tomato sandwich) will need to be provided for atthe venue through the
length of our visit at the venue
• Incase there is another artist performing as well we willperform first.
We do not want any opening act before us
• We do not share our instruments with any artist. Incase of another artist
a separate sound set up including amps and drumkit must be provided
for them
• A 2.5 foot armless stool will have to be provided for by theorganiser
for the guitar player ideally a barstool with a height adjustable boom.
LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS

stage dimensions are 36 feet /18 feet. The truss must be a clear three feet
above any backdrop or design element

A lighting Engineer must be provided wherever the venue does not have
one..

STAGING AND SOUND REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL RIDER
1. SOUNDCHECK - PURCHASER shall not allow audience to enter place of
performance until technical set-up has been completed. ARTIST requires a minimum
three (3) hour sound check after completion of load-in and setup. The place of
performance must be made available to the artist four hours before theater is opened
to the public. The doors cannot be opened without the band manager’s approval..
2. STAGE HANDS - PURCHASER shall provide a minimum of three (3) stage- hands to
help ARTIST's crew for load-in, stage set-up and load-out. In cases where ARTIST is
staying overnight in the town of performance, PURCHASER will store ARTIST'S
equipment overnight in a secured area and make it available to ARTIST the following
day upon departure.
3. RECORDING - No other copies of either the audio or video recordings are permitted
without advance written permission from Artist’s Representatives
4. STAGE - The stage should be a minimum of 36' wide x 18' deep. The stage must be
accessible in a manner other than through the audience. PURCHASER shall
provide:
(a) DRUM RISER with MAT – Minimum 8’ Wide x 8’ Deep x 1-1/2’ High.
Must be carpeted.
(b) BAR STOOL – without arm rests.
(c) PERCUSSION RISER – Minimum 6’ Wide x 6’ Deep x 1-1/2 High. Must
be carpeted.

Stereo Reverb unit (1 no) – LEXICON PCM 81/ YAMAHA SPX 2000.
Digital Delay Unit (multitap) (1 no) – TC ELECTRONIC D2.
All compressors/gates – DbX or DRAWMER.
The above mentioned 3 requirements will not be required if a digital desk (of choice)
is provided.
A local vendor must decide PA requirements, if a permanent install is not sufficient.
PA must be stereo, running through a stereo graphic equaliser. FOH Desk MUST be
directly in the center, 2/3 the length of the venue in front of the PA.
FOH Mixer must be a minimum of 32 Channels/10 Aux/8 Groups/Direct
Outs/Frequency selective HPF’s and 4 band parametric Equaliser. Must be serviced
and cleaned prior to show.
31 Band stereo graphic equalizers (BSS 366 or KT DN 360 only) are required for each
Aux/Monitor send. There are 6 Aux(mixes) and 7 wedges as shown in stage plot.
We will require 2 additional IEM’s .
The Stage/FOH power source must be earthed and on a separate generator from the
Lighting source.
Preferably a Digital Desk – YAMAHA PM 5D/DIGIDESIGN SC 48.
Our engineer must have access to all outboard processing/PA processing at FOH.
We require 7 LOUD stage Monitors. Each Aux send must have a 31 band Graphic EQ
Inserted if the FOH board is Analogue.
Minimum 24 Par cans, 5 Leko/Spots (1KW). Two (2) Haze Machines.
Rear Lighting as per the venue.
