I. OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standards The learners demonstrate an understanding of concepts and principles in installing configuring computer systems
B. Performance Standards The learners shall be able to install and configure computer systems based on established procedures and system requirements
C. Learning Competencies/Objectives The learner:
1. Explain the step by step procedure in installing peripherals/ devices in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and/ or OS installation procedures
2. Demonstrate how to configure peripherals/ devices in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and/ or OS installation procedures
3. Demonstrate how to access OS and drivers updates/ patches in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and requirements
4. Explain the importance of having knowledge in device drivers installation
