without teachers, there would probably no widely skilled people around. Truly, teachers
are one of the most significant people in school. The role of the teachers does not end
during the school days, although teaching in the whole day is a huge part of a teacher’s

promoting moral values.

On a study made by Altindag & Hasbay (2018), it expressed that teachers’
performance was affected mostly by management factors, followed by working
environment, and lastly by wages or income. Therefore, it revealed that the wage factor
did not show any effects that directly increase the teachers’ performance and that the
right attitude of school managers, proper and efficient communication, and the
development of teachers has to be increased for their performance to increase as well.
Teachers have their own strengths and weaknesses, some of them were very good
in teaching and in sharing knowledge while the others can teach but choose to focus in
interacting with students and socialize with them. Some have their unique characteristics
that other educators do not have, and some have difficulties in other field of
competencies. Most of the time, majority of them were busy, leading them to have
difficulties in balancing their time and their priorities.
The researchers’ aim was to determine the performance of every senior high
school teachers in different fields, such as in teaching and in interacting with students.

by looking at many factors that can affect their performance and by seeking the very
efficient and the least efficient side of the educators.
