Superelevation Table

This document contains a table with superelevation (e) values for various degrees of curve and design speeds. It lists minimum and desirable superelevation rates in feet (Ls) for one-way traffic curves between 30-70 mph. Superelevation increases with higher degrees of curve and design speeds, up to a maximum of 0.100 feet or 10% for curves over 6 degrees at speeds over 55 mph. Notes provide additional design guidance on maximum superelevation transitions and locations.
