5 Full Body Harness Safety Belt Check List 22.6.15-1

3.4 No change in rope strap due to heat ( welding heat )

3.5 End of ropes secured. Splices in place if provided.


4 Snap hooks ( all )

4.1 No deformation or corrosion

4.2 Scaffold hook mouth opening of 50 mm


Functioning test
4.3 Snap hook can be only opened by pushing the safety lever,
It automatically snaps when lever is released.
5 Inspection result :

5.1 Harness safe for use ( If no deficiency observed from above

5.2 Harness rejected and destroyed beyond use
