2. Mix everything in a bowl and mix. Add as much mayo as you need
3. Cover with cling film and refrigerate till ready to serve
Fruit Salad with Palm Sugar
Dressing *Vegan
Ingredients
1. Some strawberries
2. Some mangos
3. Some pinaples
4. Some cucumbers
5. 100 gr palm sugar
6. 50 gr peanuts (optional)
7. 3 bird eye chilis (optional)
8. 1 tsp tamarind
9. 1 tsp water
Steps
1. Cut up all the fruits, place them in a platter
2. Fry peanuts, mash them in a mashing plate/bowl, add some chilies if you like,
add palm sugar, mash them until they mixed well
3. Mix tamarind with water, add 1 tbs of tamarind water into palm sugar mixture,
mix well.
4. Enjoy it with any fruits you like
Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS
4 pcs boneless and skinless chicken breast
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pc cucumber, seeded and sliced
2 stalks celery, peeled and sliced
12 pcs cherry tomato, halved
1 head lettuce, tear into pieces, rinsed and dried
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 stems kinchay, peeled and sliced
¼ cup NESTLÉ® Yogurt
1 pc lemon, zest and juiced
1/8 tsp fine salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp sugar
Step 1 : Season chicken breast with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper and
paprika. Sauté chicken in oil for 2 minutes per side. Transfer on a plate to
cool. Cut into pieces and set aside.
Step 2: Coat chicken, cucumber, celery, tomato and lettuce with the dressing.
Transfer on a serving plate and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Combine NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and condensed milk.
2. Add fruit cocktail, nata de coco, banana and grapes. Mix well.
3. Transfer on serving container and refrigerate overnight. Serve chilled.

Procedure
1. For the salad: Toss first 4 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
2. For the dressing: In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Lightly toss
turnips in the prepared dressing. Serve chilled on top of shredded lettuce.
Meaty and Creamy Steak Salad with
Horseradish Dressing
Ingredients:
Steak Salad:
4 cups
arugula
3 slices
tenderloin steak, seasoned & grilled
1-2 tbsp
pine nuts
3-4 tbsp
stewed apples

red apple, cored & cubed
3 tbsp
brown sugar
1/3 cup
water
Horseradish Dressing:
1 packNESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ml
1/4 cup
horseradish
1 tbsp
American mustard
1 tbsp
grain dijon mustard
1 tbsp
sugar
1/4 tsp
salt

ground black pepper
1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
Procedure:
1. For the dressing, mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Set aside in the chiller
until ready to use.
2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and cook in a cast iron pan for 1-2
minutes on each side depending on thickness. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
3. Divide arugula into 3 bowls. Top with sliced cooked steak. Scatter stewed apples around the
steak. Drizzle with horseradish dressing and top with pine nuts. Serve.
4. Stewed Apple Procedure:
1. Put all ingredients in a pot. Boil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until apples
are soft and mixture is syrupy.
2. Set aside to cool.
Crunchy Craving Caesar Salad
Ingredients:

Salad:

lettuce head, (medium) shredded and combined with other favorite types of lettuce like romaine
and lollo rosso
Procedure:
1. Prepare dressing by whisking yolk and lemon juice together to cook the yolk.
2. Mix chopped bacon and NESTLÉ CREAM. Whisk bacon and cream while adding mustard,
mayonnaise, garlic and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
3. Slightly toss prepared salad ingredients with a small amount of the prepared dressing,
adding more if necessary.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and more bacon before serving.
Salad in a Tomato Cup
Ingredients:

canned tuna

mashed potato
basil leaves, chiffonade

big salad tomatoes, halved, seeded to form a cup

Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine tuna, mashed potato, celery and basil leaves. Combine mixture to fully
incorporate.
2. Spoon tuna-potato mixture inside tomato cups. Drizzle generously with seasoned bread
crumbs.
3. Top with grated cheese. Broil tomatoes until cheese is melted.
Creamy Prawn and Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Season prawns with salt and pepper.
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and cornstarch then drench the prawns for deep-fry in hot oil. Remove
when golden brown and drain excess oil.
3. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, mayonnaise and NESTLÉ Cream. Mix in the fruit
cocktail and chill.
4. Serve the fruit salad in cups and top with prawns. Garnish with black sesame.
Fruit Salad Shake
Ingredients:
2-4 cups
left-over fruit salad
½ cup
NESTLE® FRESH
½ cupNESTLE® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml
1-2 cups
crushed ice
Procedure:
1. Combine fruit salad, NESTLÉ FRESH and NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM in a blender
jar.
2. Process for 15 seconds or until fruits are crushed. Add ice and process again for another 15
seconds.
3. Transfer on a mason jar and serve.
