patient’s CBC would help the
doctor determine his current status.
Blood GS/CS
Meds: Cefuroxime is an antibiotic that is
 Cefuroxime used to treat and prevent a number
750 mg IVTT q of bacterial infections including
8 hours pneumonia. The doctor ordered for
 Paracetamol this medication since Patient RL
250mg/5ml 5ml was suffering from PCAP-C
q4 hours PRN Paracetamol is an analgesic and
for fever antipyretic medication. It is
suitable for treatments of all kinds
of pain and reduction of fever.
Patient had an intermittent fever
that continued until he was
admitted
