TERMS AND CONDITION

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: check-in is at 3pm.
- Check-out: check-out is at 11am. All late check-outs are arranged based on availability and need to be confirmed by contacting the Front Desk directly.
- Full credit card details (number and expiry date) and flight details are required to guarantee your reservation.

Early departure / No show penalty


A penalty charge will be applied to personal accounts of equivalent to total room night charges blocked and confirmed, under the following situations:
- Bookings made with early departure from the earlier check out date confirmed when making the reservations.
- Bookings made with “no show” at the hotel
- If the guest would like to cancel the reservation, please send us an email or fax at the latest 4 days before the date of reservation.
Remarks
- The above rates are quoted in USD and there will be 4% - 5% additional rate for adjustment from previous year (guest that have received the confirmation, just need to pay
the differences rate between the old and the newest rate)
- Please be advised that bed type preference are subject to room availability upon arrival.
- Please be informed that all cabins are non-smoking area.
- All guests require to bring their own cooking equipment.
- For those who bring large vehicle should park their vehicles in the main parking area, because we have limited parking area.
- Please send the completed form with your signature directly to the Hotel via EMAIL and copy EMAIL.
