Rotation: Clockwise.
Governor type: Mechanical all-speed.
Gov.Link Length: 52.75 ± 0.5 mm.
Governor spring position: See nameplate code.
Plunger diameter: 7.0 mm (4 off).
Roller to roller: 49.8 mm.
Drive type: Uprated with supported shaft.
Advance type: Two-stage automatic speed advance device
Transfer pressure adjuster in end plate.
Solenoid shut-off device. 12 volts.
Four plunger hydraulic head and rotor.

ISO TEST CONDITIONS.


This data is only valid for the test conditions specified and the
following test benches: HA3000/HA2500/HA1150/HA1100MkII/HA875
HA700/HA400/AVM/PGM
Test fluid: ISO 4113 at 40 ± 2 °C
Nozzles: ISO 4010.
Nozzle opening pressure: 172 + 3 - 0 bar.
H.P. pipes: 6 x 2 x 845 mm (ISO 4093.2).

PRE-TEST NOTES.
Screw transfer pressure adjuster fully out then 3 turns in.
Minimum piston spring cap shim thickness 1.0 mm .
No additional shimming is required.

ISO TEST PROCEDURE.


Test Operation S/C RPM Requirement
1. Priming (C) 100 Obtain delivery from all injectors.
No air in pump back leak.
2. Transfer Press (C) 100 Minimum 0.7 bar ( 10 psi).
3. Advance (S) 800 4.50°. Adjust T.P. Screw.
4. Advance (C) 1100 4.50° to 5.25°.
5. Transfer Press (C) 1100 4.6 to 5.6 bar(65 to 80 psi)
6. Backleakage 1100 10 to 100 cm3 per 100 strokes.
(Flow rate 110 to 1100cm3/min.)
7. Max. Delivery (S)* See Coded value ± 0.5 mm3/st.
(Coded Pumps) code Maximum spread 6.0 mm3/st.
8. Advance (C) 100 0.50°.
9. Advance (C) 350 3° to 4°.
10. Advance (C) 600 3.25° to 4.25°.

Circlip at drive plate letter 'A '
Note: Tie-on labels 6409-17A and 6409-17B should be tied to pump
housing & drive shaft respectively - see SIN DPA A153.
