Ram Lal Versus Pawan Kumar & Ors.

Application for bringing legal heirs of Defendant No.1

i.e Pawan Kumar who died on 02.04.2019, on record.

RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the aforesaid case is lying pending before this Hon’ble Court for filing

amended written statement for today i.e 06.12.2019.

2. That unfortunately the defendant No.1 i.e Sh. Pawan Kumar expired on

02.04.2019, leaving behind:-

(a) Smt. Kavita Rani (Wife)

(b) Vijay (Son)

(c) Deepak (Son)

All Residents of Mohalla Krishna Puri, Nabha, District Patiala.

except the aforesaid legal heirs, there is no legal heir of Defendant No.1.

3. That after the death of Sh. Pawan Kumar, the cause of action survives in

favour of his legal heirs.

It is therefore respectfully prayed that the legal heirs of Defendant No.1 be

ordered to be impleaded in place of Defendant No.1 in the suit.
