REVIEW 1. Head of Panel held discussion with the
teacher.
2. Head of Panel looks through the lesson
plan prepared by the teacher and
highlight the strength. At the same
time, Head of Panel ensures the
teacher provides activities that cater
and cover the whole class with
multiple intelligences.
3. After the lessons had been
implemented, head of panel and
teacher discuss the strength and the
opportunity that can be utilised
optimally.
4. Head of Panel helps teacher to do self-
assessment to identify the possible
weakness that can be overcome by the
teacher.
ISSUE (S)/CHALLENGE (S) 1. Lack of English Teacher at school that
makes it difficult for head of panel to
arrange meeting with the teacher.
USEFUL ASPECT (S) 1. School Support Visit is very helpful in
terms of professional sharing and
partnership.
2. Casual meeting and close relation with
Mentor succeeded avoiding tense in
the discussion.
IMPROVEMENT In order to make this programme success, lack
of manpower need to be taken care. It is really
hard to find time to sit down together in two
sessions school with 25 classes and only 4
English option teachers. The culture of
professional education required sufficient
number of teachers to enable teachers to have
time to conduct and to reflect the intervention
plan.
