This is a place which provides physical charity services to a person in need. According to the

Chapter 2
Assessment of Practicum Program
1. Describe your role in your OJT Company. What were your responsibilities? How did you feel
about doing that kind of work?
- As part of the training we have an individual’s work. We are assigned to take the Vital
Signs of our Patients because it’s our role to participate the given activities and I really
enjoyed that kind of work with my fellow classmates and also the staff.
2. Where you able to apply concepts you learned in school? Which ones?
- My most valuable school experiences weren't academic. They were all about people—
social skills, respect, self-worth, empathy, and realizing your own potential.
3. the most memorable event during my practicum
- It’s good to have their listening and Communication skills, Technical Skills, Team
working skills to have a successful result of work and have trust in yourself to improve
self-confidence.
4. What have I learned from my Practicum?
- I have learn to take the task seriously for me to comply the things I need to do. In this
training, I learned a lot of things, I have stretch my strength to its limits, I have handled
problems and put solutions to it and more important learning I gained is that I was able
to develop and enhance my skills on practical nursing student.
5. My experiences with the people around me
- My experiences with the people around me is good. We have built a good relationship,
to those people who is not totally the closest of mine. Their make my on the job training
really fun and interesting. Because we all know we have the same requirements as a
graduating student.
6. Do you think OJT experience is an important part of your education? Why of why not?
- As a student one of the most important things I’ve learned is that talent alone is not
enough. It is important, but it is no guarantee of success. One must also be hard working
and should practice.
7. My advice to those who will take their practicum in the near future
- Do not waste time, set to yourself that you must have something new thing learned
each day of your practicum. Remember to always follow instructions of your
supervisors. Be always alert and be nice to everyone.
8. What I can recommend for the improvement of the apprenticeship program.
- I could say that compared to the past practicums, based on what I’ve heard, our batch
was the best practicum because we are oblige to do task base and in line with our course. So
far, there is nothing I could recommend for the improvement of the practicum.
And today, As I giving a good bye in this company, I want to thank
them for the wonderful memories and learnings. We have experience
in our ojt days. Thank you for accepting and welcoming us. For the
staff you are all means a lot to us.Thank you so much, LORD. With
You, We can do all things. You make all things possible. It is very true
that we don't have anything to do for because You are the one who
made everything for us.. Thank You Lord. Thank you, Sir Chris and to
all staff of STAC TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY.. :)
