COMPANY RULES
The purpose and objective of this Company Regulation is to create a good
working relationship, regulate the obligations and rights of employees towards the
Company or vice versa so that maximum work calm and work productivity can be
realized that is beneficial to both parties.
A. WORKING REGULATIONS
Every employee must maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace,
maintain the condition and safety of inventory items under his responsibility.
B. WORKING TIME AND WORKING HOURS
Working time is set as follows:
1. 8 (eight) hours a day, 30 minutes of preparation, 5 working days
2. Job entry starts from 10:00 to 18:00
3. Break time starts from 12:00 to 13:00
C. HOLIDAYS
1. Company holidays are official holidays determined by the Government and
other days declared as holidays by the Company
2. On official holidays/feast days stipulated by the Government, employees are
free not to work with full salary
D. NOT PRESENT BECAUSE OF ILLNESS
1. If the employee is not present on his working day because of illness, the
person concerned/his/her family must immediately notify the supervisor
directly orally and in writing
2. Employees who are not present on their working day are more than 2 (two)
days due to illness are required to bring a Doctor's Sick Letter
E. NOT PRESENT WITHOUT PERMISSION/ABSENT
Employees who are not present on the day of work without permission or
without notifying their supervisor are deemed absent without permission can be
given a warning letter. The number of days of absence will reduce leave rights.
F. ANNUAL LEAVE
1. Employees have the right to leave for 12 working days after working a
minimum of 12 months in a row by getting a full salary
2. Employees with a service period of more than 3 years have the right to leave
for 14 working days
3. Employees who work more than 1 year may take the leave 3 months earlier
before the day of leave
4. The right to leave which is not taken after 1 year from the day of the leave is
considered forfeited
5. The company will notify employees when the leave day ready
G. LEAVE PROCEDURE
1. Leave procedure is carried out through his supervisor directly
2. Leave request is submitted no later than 1 week in advance
H. GIVING WARNING LETTERS
1. The first, second and third warning letters do not need to be given in their
order, but are judged by the size of the violation committed by the employee
2. In the event that a warning letter is issued in sequence, the first warning
letter is valid for a period of 2 (two) months
3. If an employee commits a violation before the expiration of the validity
period of the first warning letter, the company may issue a second warning
letter, which also has a validity period of 2 (two) months from the issuance
of the second warning
4. If an employee commits a violation before the second warning letter
expires, the company can issue a third (final) warning that is valid for 2
(two) months from the issuance of the third warning
5. If the employee still commits a violation before the third (final) warning
expires, the company can terminate the employment
6. In the case of a period of 2 (two) months since the issuance of the warning
letter has been exceeded, then if the employee concerned violates the
warning letter issued by the company is returned as the first, second or third
warning according to the size of the violation committed by the employee
I. WORK TERMINATION
1. BECAUSE OF RESIGN
a) Employees who wish to terminate their employment with the company
must submit a request to stop in writing at least 1 (one) month in
advance. The application was submitted to the immediate supervisor
b) Before stopping the employee must fulfill the conditions:
Submitting all the property of the company that is in its control or
under its responsibility, which includes all inventory items and other
documents both in original and recorded form
Conduct handover of work with or with other employees appointed by
the employee.
Keep carrying out its obligations until the date of resignation
2. BECAUSE OF COMPANY REGULATION AND WORK AGREEMENT
The company can terminate employment if the employee continues to
violate when the third (final) warning letter has not expired
3. BECAUSE OF ABSENT
Employees who are absent from work for 5 (five) consecutive days
without prior official permission and employees cannot provide
information with valid evidence that can be received by the company, and
have been called by the company 2 (two) times properly and in writing can
be terminated qualifies to resign
