Ingredients
• 1 lb. button, cup or flat mushrooms
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 bunch coriander
• 3 green onions (shallots), chopped
• 1 lb. Chicken, minced
• 2 tbsp. Thai red curry paste
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• Lettuce cups and sweet chili sauce, to
serve
Directions
1. Preheat air fryer to 200°F.
2. Finely chop mushrooms by hand or with food processor.
3. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add mushrooms
and cook, stirring often, for 8 minutes or until all moisture has evaporated.
Set aside to cool for 10 minutes. Drain any excess moisture and transfer
mushrooms to a bowl.
4. Cut two roots from coriander and place in food processor with green onions
and 1 cup of coriander leaves. Pulse until chopped finely.
5. In a bowl combined chopped mushrooms, coriander mixture, minced
chicken, egg, curry paste, and breadcrumbs and mix until combined.
6. Dampen hands with a little bit of water and shape 1 tbsp. of mixture into
balls. Shape 1 tbsp. of mixture into balls with damp hands.
7. Place meatballs in Air Fryer, lightly spray with oil to brown meat and cook
for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
8. Serve on lettuce leaves with sweet chili sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• ¼ cup grated pecorino-romano
• ¼ cup chopped chives
• ¼ cup crumbled bacon
• Pepper
Eggs in Clouds
Directions
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 200°F.
2. Separate eggs, putting whites in 1 large bowl and yolks in 4 separate small
balls.
3. Whip egg whites until peaks begin to form (they should no longer be runny).
4. Fold in bacon chives and cheese.
5. On parchment-lined baking tin spoon egg whites into four mounds and
make a deep well in the center of each.
6. Cook egg whites for 3 minutes then add 1 yolk to each well.
7. bake until yolks are just set, another 2-3 minutes.
Note: A small baking tin can be used in the air fryer, just make sure the
bottom of the basket is not entirely covered so there is proper airflow for
proper cooking performance.

Ingredients
• BBQ Sauce
• 1 lb. firm high protein tofu
• 2 cups panko bread crumbs
• 1 tsp. granulated garlic
Barbeque Tofu
• ½ tsp. white pepper
• ½ tsp. smoked paprika
• ½ tsp. dried oregano
• ½ tsp. dried thyme
• Canola or sunflower oil
Directions
1. Cut tofu into rectangular pieces and lay on paper towel and cover with
additional paper towel to absorb excess moisture. Let moisture absorb for
45 minutes to 1 hour.
2. Preheat Air Fryer to 392°F.
3. In a bowl, combine panko bread crumbs, granulated garlic, white pepper,
paprika, oregano, and thyme. Lightly toss to combine everything well.
4. Pour barbecue sauce in a separate bowl and generously dredge tofu
pieces in BBQ sauce followed by panko mixture. Every tofu piece should
be completely covered with both BBQ sauce and panko bread crumbs.
5. Carefully place tofu into Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes and brush the
top of each piece with leftover BBQ sauce.
6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes and use tongs to flip tofu and brush with
BBQ Sauce.
7. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
• 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and
chopped
Spinach Dip Bites
• 1 6 oz. jar artichoke hearts, drained
and chopped
• ½ tsp. garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
• ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese,
divided
• ½ tsp. garlic salt
• pepper to taste
• 1 can seamless crescent dough
Directions
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 180°F.
2. In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Blend in cream cheese and half of your mozzarella cheese. Season with
salt and pepper and set aside.
3. Unroll dough on a cutting board and lightly stretch and cut into 2 inch
squares.
4. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and place a square in each slot, gently
pushing down.
5. Scoop one tsp. of your spinach mixture on top of each crescent square
and gently push in, and top each cup with remaining mozzarella cheese.
6. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Allow to cool, serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
• 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
• 1 lb. lean ground sirloin
• 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
Mini Taco Cups
• 1/2 cup salsa
• 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
• 24 wonton wrappers
• Sour cream
• 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet and add yellow onions and ground beef until brown
and mix in taco seasoning.
3. Take a small muffin tray and place two wonton wrappers in each muffin
cup.
4. Spoon in onion and ground beef mixture and top with salsa and cheese.
5. Cook for 8 minutes, remove from Air Fryer and top with sour cream fresh
tomato and green onions.

Ingredients
• Olive oil, for frying
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 cups Italian-style bread crumbs
• 1 box store-bought cheese ravioli
(about 24 ravioli)
Fried Ravioli
• 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 1 jar store bought marinara sauce,
heated, for dipping
Directions
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 200°F.
2. Place buttermilk and bread crumbs in separate bowls.
3. Dredge each ravioli in buttermilk, followed by bread crumbs.
4. Lightly spray ravioli with olive oil and place ravioli in Air Fryer for about 5
minutes or until golden brown.
5. Serve with a bowl of warm marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
6. Enjoy!

Ingredients
• 1 Large Avocado, cut into slices
• 1/4 cup all-purpose plain flour
• Sea salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Avocado Fries
Directions
1. Preheat Cozyna Air Fryer to 392°F.
2. Place flour, egg and panko bread crumbs in three separate bowls for
dredging.
3. Carefully coat the avocado slices in flour, followed by egg and then evenly
with panko bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place avocado slices in Air Fryer and set timer for 6 minutes or until fries
are golden brown.
5. Carefully remove from Air Fryer, serve and enjoy!

Apricot and Blackberry Crumble
Ingredients
• 1 cup fresh apricots
• 1/3 cup sugar
• ½ cup fresh blackberries
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 cup flour
• 4 tbsp. cold butter, in cubes
Directions
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 392°F.
2. Remove pit from apricots, cut into pieces and put them in a bowl with
lemon juice, blackberries and 2 tbsp. of sugar.
3. Grease a small cake tin and spread the fruit mix over the tin.
4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and remaining sugar, butter, and 1 tbsp.
of cold water. Use your fingers to turn it into crumbles.
5. Evenly sprinkle crumbly mixture over the fruit and press down lightly
6. Place cake tin in the Air Fryer and set the timer for 20 minutes or until the
crumble is golden brown.
7. Serve with ice cream if desired and enjoy!

Ingredients
Banana Spring Rolls
• 2 large banana
• 8 in (7 inch square) spring roll
wrappers
• 1 cup brown sugar, or to taste
Directions
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 200°F.
2. Peel bananas and cut them length wise and crosswise so you end up with
4 pieces from each banana (8 pieces total).
3. Place one piece of banana diagonally across the corner of a spring roll
wrapper, and sprinkle with brown sugar to taste. Roll from the corner to
the center, then fold top and bottom corners in, and continue rolling. Dip
your finger in water and rub finger along last edge to seal. Repeat with
remaining pieces.
4. Place banana spring rolls in Air Fryer for 6-8 minutes or until crisp.
5. Serve with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, peanut butter, and/or ice
cream.
6. Enjoy!

Ingredients
• 1.5 tbsp. self rising flour
Chocolate Lava Cake
• 3.5 tbsp. baker's sugar (not powdered)
• 3.5 oz. unsalted butter
• 3.5 oz. dark chocolate (chopped)
• 2 eggs
Directions
1. Preheat Cozyna Air Fryer to 375°F.
2. Flour and grease 4 oven safe ramekins.
3. Combine dark chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl and
microwave for 3 minutes or until melted and stir until blended.
4. In a separate bowl add the eggs and sugar and whisk until pale and frothy.
5. Combine melted chocolate mixture into egg and sugar mixture.
6. Gradually stir in flower and use spatula or a spoon to combine ingredients.
7. Fill each ramekin ¾ full with mixture and place in Air Fryer for 10 minutes.
8. Carefully remove from air fryer with tongs or oven mitts and allow to cool
for 2 minutes.
9. Carefully cut around the inside of each ramekin and using an oven mitt or
dish towel carefully turn each ramekin upside down on a plate tapping the
bottom with a knife to loosen the cake.
10. Once the cake is released onto the plate, dig in and enjoy!

Ingredients
Moist Blueberry Muffins
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• Top up with yogurt to 1 cup
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F.
2. wash and drain blueberries and coat with flour.
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar salt and baking powder and whisk.
4. In a measuring cup combine oil, egg and top with yogurt until you reach 1
cup.
5. Add vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
6. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix but do not over mix.
7. Fold in the blueberries with a spatula or spoon.
8. Fill oven safe muffin cups ¾ full and sprinkle brown sugar on top (optional).
9. Place the muffins in the Air Fryer for 10 minutes or until cooked evenly.
(Stick a toothpick in the center of each muffin to determine when muffins
are cooked)
10. Carefully remove muffins with tongs or oven mitt.
11. Serve and enjoy!
