Bloom’s Taxonomy Major Grade
Part 1: Activities
You will be creating a lesson plan using each level of Bloom’s Taxonomy. You will stay with one topic
throughout your lesson plan.
1. Select a topic within your content area and create an assignment for each level of Bloom’s. Provide
an explanation of the activity and why it fits that level of Bloom’s. Provide a picture if needed.
2. Write down what TEK(S) you are covering
3. Provide an alternative to the assignment in case your materials were unavailable or the technology
was not working properly
4. Explain which Multiple Intelligence is being used
5. Use the Google Slides template provided to you
Topic- Periodic Table
● Activity Name- Kahoot Quiz
● Activity Directions- Students will see a blank periodic table and will be asked to fill
in the correct elements from memory by selecting an answer choice

Students will create a 3D model of the element and must provide its atomic weight,
number, function, characteristics, picture, etc.

Part 2- Test
Using your topic, create 3 test questions for each level of Bloom’s. (18 total questions) Label each
level of Bloom’s your questions fall under. You do not have to answer your questions, but if you
are creating a multiple choice question, provide legitimate answer choices.

Part 3- Presentation

assignments. (this should be MAX 5 minutes)
b. you must present at least 2 activities, but have multiple activities planned just in case
