Demand Letter Desalan

Greetings!

This is to advise you regarding a horse and a foal owned by GAUDENCIO T.


RONDON, JR. you sold without his consent, knowledge, and authority. The same
sales were in violation of the Revised Penal Code, specifically the provision on
Estafa, thus:

Art. 315. Any person shall defraud another by any of the means mentioned
hereinbelow shall be punished by:

1. With unfaithfulness and abuse of confidence namely:
Xxx
b. By misappropriating or converting, to the prejudice of another, money, goods,
or any other personal property received by the offender in trust or on commission, or
for administration, or any under any other obligation involving the duty to make
delivery of or to return the same, even though such obligation be totally or partially
guaranteed by a bond; or by denying having received such money, goods, or other
property.

Since you have been given commission of the horse and the foal with the
obligation to take care of the same, you have the obligation to return the same and
failure to do so amounts to a criminal offense.

Final demand is now made upon you to make good your obligation within
five (5) days form receipt thereof. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file the
appropriate criminal charges for violation of the Revised Penal Code, as amended,
with penalty of imprisonment and civil liabilities.

Please treat this letter with preferential attention it deserves and spare this
with all the rigors, time and inconvenience which are inherent in court litigation.
