MOTION FOR PERMANENT DISMISSAL

COMES NOW, Accused, JARAMIE R. CANTOR, thru undersigned


counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers:

1. That the accused was charged in the above entitled cases before this
Honorable Court;

2. That on May 9, 2018, the Honorable Court issued an order


provisionally dismissing the above-captioned cases against the
accused. Hereto attached is the photocopy of the said order;

3. That one (1) year has elapsed for the prosecution to revive the criminal
cases but it still failed to do the same, thus, necessitating the
permanent dismissal of the case;

4. That the accused already complied with the terms and conditions set
forth in the compromise agreement executed between the parties in
the above-captioned case.

WHEREOF, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this


Honorable Court that an order be issued for the permanent dismissal of the
above-entitled case.

Accused further prays for such other relief just and equitable under the
premises.
