If the buyer requires the seller to install and commission the

machine at the buyer’s site, the seller will send one engineer to

buyer’s site to install, commission and train personals when


machine arrives at buyer’s factory, but the related fees: round trip

tickets, local accommodation, food, transportation will be borne by

the buyer, and the buyer should pay allowance of

USD100/person/day.

connections, meet up to food, cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutic, oil,
agriculture chemicals standard. Meanwhile, use famous electric and
pneumatic parts, adopt PLC control, touch screen man-machine operation
panel, with high precision, grace surface,easy operation, low-cost maintain,
the whole line is including Auto Filling---Auto Capping(with cap
elevator) in one line. Achieve automatic production, improve working
efficiency.

PLC and intelligent Touch Screen. Adopt motor forward and reserve motion to

adjust the filling volume automatically, it’s very easy to adjust the filling

volume. At the same time, there is a micro-adjustment device for each filling

cylinder, ensure the filling precision of each container.

There is individual air collector inside the machine, ensure the stable action of

each filling head. Container position will be fixed by air-cylinder, we can adjust
the position of filling heads according to the shape of the container, easy to

adjust, easy to fix the position, ensure the stable filling action. Drip proof

system adopt air-cylinder control, it will plug up the filling nozzle, meanwhile

adopts a new patent principle- Vacuum pump back, completely avoid the

material leak.

The tank with material detection control system, avoid material overflow, and

meanwhile it can keep the material level at the same height, ensure of stable

pressure.

Working Principle:

The machine adopt electric air-cylinder driven, containers will be sent to the

position, then the filling heads will dive into the container, filling volume and

filling time can be set in orderly. When it filled up to the standard, air-cylinder

go up, container will be sent out, one working cycle is finished.
