Employment
Agencies and
Employment Visas
People who are not employed by the HCT might find it useful to
contact some of the employment agencies or other websites
listed below. It is just a listing of agencies in Dubai, no
endorsement for any particular agency should be implied.
Some are websites, others email addresses.
The Employment visa section follows this section.... scroll down
"Gulf News" Dubai's Daily Newspaper also has an employment
section at http://www.gulf-news.co.ae/
Note: The working week for the HCT is Sunday to Thursday as it
is for all Govt departments, most private firms now and all
schools in the UAE
Sometimes however for private firms it can be Saturday to
Thursday or Sunday to Thursday or even 6 day weeks.
Therefore remember if you need to phone someone,
Thursday (maybe) , Friday (definitely) or Saturday (maybe)
will be their weekend. This is something most Western
people never get used to....Leigh
