Why Do You Need to Brand or Rebrand?

We’re new and don’t have an existing brand

We’re going through a merger or company take-over

We’re about to grow considerably

Creating Customer Personas

Creating customer personas will help you further define your brand. When creating customer personas,
ask yourself the following:

Who are our existing customers and are they the type of customers we want long term?

How old are they?

Are they female/male/a mix of both?

What is their job role? How much do they earn?

Where do they work? What are their interests?

Where do they live? What does their typical day look like?

Auditing Your Brand

If you already have your brand in place, it’s worth auditing everything you already have in place by doing
the following.

How do your customers benefit from using your brand?

What is your brand mission?

What is your brand story?

Are you happy with your brand name?

Have you secured your URL?
