1. Based on what I have read, Futsal game started in the year 1930s as Five-a-side game. An indoor
version of football or soccer game created by Juan Carlos Ceriani for recreation of youth
competition in YMCA in Montivideo, Uruguay where the Futsal began. The game of Futsal is
played in basketball sized court and it played with a strong focus on great ball control and quick
passing. Futsall gained rapid popularity throughout South America,
particularly in Brazil. The first international competition took place in 1965, when Paraguay
won the first South American Cup while Brazil continued its dominance with a victory in the first
Pan American Cup in 1980
2. The difference between Futsal and Soccer is the situs of the game because Futsal is an indoor
game played in a basketball sized court while soccer is an outdoor activities that the size of the
field is times 3 of the size of the basketball court. .
3. The 3 equipment used in futsal are: Futsal goals, this equipment used to create a goal or this is
covered with a net in the back to catch the ball ; The Ball, this is the most important equipment
in Futsal because there is no Futsal game if there is no ball to used. The shape of the ball is
circle; last is Clothing, this are include shirts, shorts, socks, protective shin-guards and trainers
with rubber shoes which must be prepared before playing Futsal.
4. Goal keeper should wear different color of uniform from the other members of the team in
order that the other members will easy to recognize the goal keeper. They are wearing different
among the team because it is actually to determine that the person wearing different uniform is
the goal keeper of the team. He/she uses gloves to protect their hands and enhance their grip of
the ball.
5. They prefer to use Samba Futsal goal for international competition because they have a
reputation for being reliable, safe and highly durable in terms of competition.

7. To get a score points in futsal I should have strategies and technique that might be used in
playing futsal and also team work is really great part of having high score in futsal.

8. Passing a ball can be performed with any part of the body eligible by the Futsal Rules, such as
the feet, thigh, chest, head, heel. These are the futsal rules in passing a ball.
9. The referees have the authority to take disciplinary sanctions from the moment they enter the
premises and the referees verbally inform the players and team officials of the disciplinary
sanction taken. The yellow card is given to the players who has been cautioned. red card is used
to communicate that a player or substitute has been sent off.
10. Fouls are penalized with a direct free kick, penalty kick or indirect free kick. A An indirect free
kick is awarded if a goalkeeper commits any of the considered offences.
11. Hand ball is when a ball touches a player from the shoulder down (not including the shoulder). A
deliberate hand ball will be awarded with a direct free kick/penalty to the opposition. An
accidental hand ball will be awarded an indirect free kick to the opposition; unless the opposing
team gains advantage (advantage rule) ; this decision is up to the referee’s discretion.
12. If one team accumulates 6 or more direct free kick fouls in one half, the opposing team will take
a direct free kick without a wall.
13. direct free kick is awarded to the opposing team if a player commits offences in a manner
considered by the referees to be careless, reckless or using excessive force.
14. The five quick steps in improving your shooting skills are: first, kick with the inside of the foot
(lead); second, with the instep; third, back heel; fourth, thigh, and lastly head.
15. If I wish to become goalkeeper, I have to consider my agility, leg speed, decision making and
hand-eye coordination. In order to hone these skills, lots of practice and constant repetition are
required.
