SuccessFactors Mobile Application –

User Manual
1 Install SuccessFactors App

2 Log into SuccessFactors

3 Select Activate via Camera

4 Scan the QR code

Step 1 – Install SuccessFactors App

For Android – Download the


SuccessFactors App form Play Store

For IOS – Download the SuccessFactors


App from App Store

Follow the on screen instructions and install the app


Step 2 – Log into SuccessFactors

Log into SuccessFactors using your credentials

From Home Page go to – Mobile Application Tile

Click on the Mobile Application, alternatively go to Options from top right-hand side dropdown and choose Mobile
Step 3 – Select Activate via Camera

Scan the QR code using the mobile app, give permission to the app for accessing the camera. Please note, the QR
code is valid only for 30 seconds, regenerate if required. (Allow Camera to access to SuccessFactors App if

T&C and click on I

Accept the T&C and click on I Accept (if prompted, step a password/fingerprint access)
Step 6- Click on Review Performance to start self-
appraisal process

Step 7- Enter the goal Actual in % and update the
Status for the goal and click on “Finished”
